Adjacent to Poole Park, this small family-run guest house offers comfortable accommodation. It is a 12 minute walk from the Lighthouse Theatre and Poole town with it’s many shops, bars and restaurants.

Situated centrally 1 mile from both Poole and Parkstone train stations, the National Express is a 10 minute walk away as are the local bus stops to Bournemouth and surrounding areas.

The 6 informal rooms  are all en suite and offer free Wi-Fi, flat-screen TVs with DVD players, and tea and coffee making facilities. Two overlook Poole Park.

WE DO NOT OFFER A COOKED BREAKFAST,  For a cooked breakfast there are 2 cafes in Poole park the Kitchen and the Ark or 5 minutes to the right along Parkstone road there is Happy Beans or 10 minutes walk is the Shah of Persia  all offering cooked options, Wenzels offers hot take away breakfast rolls or you can have a delivery and eat in the dining room.

There are 6 rooms and 6 parking spaces  on a first come first served basis at the property, however nearby parking is possible.
